Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Serves 8 | 
A no-fuss coffee cake that's super easy to bake.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups sifted flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon melted butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Combine salad oil, egg, and milk in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, combine sifted flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, add them to the milk mixture and mix well.
  3. In another bowl, stir together cinnamon and butter, mix well.
  4. Grease a round baking pan with cooking spray, pour batter into the pan. Top the cake with the cinnamon mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
