Pomegranate-Apple Mint Salad

In the mood for something healthy and sweet?

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons mint leaves, chopped
2 apples, cored and sliced
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 cup pomegranate arils

Directions:

  1. Toss together lime juice, pomegranate arils and apple slices, in a salad bowl.
  2. Top with mint leaves and drizzle honey over entire mixture.
  3. Serve in small bowls and enjoy!
Course: Salad
