Pork Chops with Asian-style Marinade

Serves 4 | 
Spice up your regualr pork chops with this flavorful recipe.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon Asian sweet chili sauce
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
4 boneless pork chops
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. In a large zip-top freezer bag, combine chili sauce, hoisin sauce, vinegar and garlic powder. Reserve 1/4 cup of the marinade for later use.
  2. Place chops in freezer bag, and seal. Set freezer bag in a dish, and place dish in refrigerator for up to 4 hours.
  3. Remove chops from marinade, discarding marinade. Season chops with salt and black pepper. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook chops 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until done. Brush with reserved marinade.
