Serves 24 |

Ingredients:

1 pkg Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Cups, 9.5 ounces, thawed
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 slices Bianchini’s bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Directions:

  1. Bake The Pastry Cups: Follow the baking directions on the Pepperidge Farm package for the puff pastry shells. Bake them on a baking sheet for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Press The Centers: Let the baked cups cool for a few minutes. Use the back of a small spoon to gently press down the puffed centers inside each shell to create a cup shape.
  3. Add The Pizza Fillings: Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce into each puff pastry cup. Layer with shredded mozzarella cheese, then top with the crumbled bacon and a pinch of Italian seasoning.
  4. Melt The Cheese: Return the filled cups to the oven for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and bubbly.
  5. Cool And Serve: Let them cool slightly before serving warm.
