Air Fryer Salmon Tacos with Homemade Coleslaw





Serves 4 |
Quick, healthy, and highly flavorful.
Ingredients:
4 skinless salmon fillets, 4 oz each |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika |
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro |
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt |
2 cups shredded cabbage |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
8 small corn tortillas, warmed |
Directions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- Pour the salt, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika into a small bowl. Stir together until well mixed.
- Brush the seasoning mixture over the salmon fillets. Arrange the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook the salmon for 8-10 minutes.
- Add the cilantro, Greek yogurt, shredded cabbage, and lime juice to a mixing bowl. Toss until well mixed.
- Flake the cooked salmon into large pieces. Divide the salmon among the tortillas. Spoon the coleslaw on top of the salmon. Fold in half and enjoy!
