Sriracha Mayo Tuna Rice Bowl





Serves 1 |
Spice up your regular tuna lunch.
Ingredients:
1 can tuna, 5 oz. |
1 tablespoon sriracha |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil |
2 cups cooked sushi rice |
Toasted sesame seeds, for topping |
Sliced green onions, for topping |
Directions:
- Squeeze and drain the liquid from the canned tuna. Transfer the tuna to a mixing bowl.
- Add the sriracha, mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, and toasted sesame oil to the mixing bowl. Stir together until combined.
- Add the cooked sushi rice to the bowl. Stir until well mixed. Then sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds and green onions over top. Enjoy!
