Avocado Hummus

Creamy, tasty, and wholesome.

Ingredients:

2 avocados
1 can chickpeas, drained, cooked, 15 oz.
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons tahini paste
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

  1. Cut the avocados in half. Remove the seeds. Scoop the avocado into a food processor.
  2. Add the lemon juice, tahini past, olive oil, ground cumin and salt to the food processor. Pulse until very smooth.
  3. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl. Enjoy with crackers, naan bread, pita or veggies.
