Pepperoni and Cheese Pizza Crisps





Serves 4 |
The easiest snack for any occasion.
Ingredients:
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
6 oz pepperoni slices |
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the pepperoni slices on the baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese directly on top of each pepperoni slice.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted, and the edges are crispy.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
