Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub





Serves 4 |
Savory, crispy, tender and cheesy.
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts |
Salt, to taste |
Ground black pepper, to taste |
6 slices thick-cut bacon |
1/2 cup ranch dressing |
4 hoagie rolls, split lengthwise |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
- Bring two large pans to medium heat.
- Season both sides of each chicken breast with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in one pan. Cook for 6 minutes per side. Remove from heat.
- In the second pan, cook the bacon until just crispy. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate.
- Chop the chicken. Crumble the bacon. Add both to a mixing bowl. Drizzle the ranch dressing over top and toss to coat.
- Place an even amount of the chicken bacon ranch mixture on the rolls. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over top. Enjoy!
