Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub

Serves 4 | 
Savory, crispy, tender and cheesy.

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
6 slices thick-cut bacon
1/2 cup ranch dressing
4 hoagie rolls, split lengthwise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. Bring two large pans to medium heat.
  2. Season both sides of each chicken breast with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in one pan. Cook for 6 minutes per side. Remove from heat.
  4. In the second pan, cook the bacon until just crispy. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate.
  5. Chop the chicken. Crumble the bacon. Add both to a mixing bowl. Drizzle the ranch dressing over top and toss to coat.
  6. Place an even amount of the chicken bacon ranch mixture on the rolls. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over top. Enjoy!
