Reuben Tacos

Unlike any taco you’ve had before.
Ingredients:
For the Russian Dressing: |
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish |
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
3 tablespoons ketchup |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
Salt, to taste |
For the Tacos: |
1 lb corned beef, diced |
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese |
1 cup sauerkraut |
10 flour taco tortillas, 8-inch |
Directions:
- Combine the horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, ketchup, mayonnaise, and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir together until well combined. Place in the refrigerator to chill.
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Lay out the tortillas flat on baking sheet.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of the Russian dressing down middle of each tortilla. Top the dressing with corned beef and shredded Swiss cheese.
- Place the tacos into the oven. Bake for 5-8 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Remove the tacos from oven. Top the tacos with sauerkraut. Enjoy!
