Bacon and Cheese Quiche

Serves 1 quiche |
Perfect for relaxing weekend mornings.
Ingredients:
1 pie crust |
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese |
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese |
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese |
1 cup milk |
4 eggs, slightly beaten |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350° F. Place the pie crust in a glass pie plate and crimp the edges.
- Pour the bacon in the bottom of the crust. Sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese over the bacon.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour over the cheese.
- Place the quiche into the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes. Remove the quiche from the oven and let set for 5-10 minutes before cutting.
