Bacon and Cheese Quiche

Serves 1 quiche | 
Perfect for relaxing weekend mornings.

Ingredients:

1 pie crust
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup milk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F. Place the pie crust in a glass pie plate and crimp the edges.
  2. Pour the bacon in the bottom of the crust. Sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese over the bacon.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour over the cheese.
  4. Place the quiche into the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes. Remove the quiche from the oven and let set for 5-10 minutes before cutting.
