Autumn Fruit Salad with Maple Cinnamon Orange Dressing

All the best flavors of Fall in one bowl.

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons orange zest
2 tablespoons maple syrup
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 red apples, chopped
12 oz blackberries
16 oz red seedless grapes
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

  1. Combine the fresh orange juice, orange zest, maple syrup and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Stir together until well combined.
  2. Add the chopped apples, blackberries, grapes, and pecans to the mixing bowl. Toss until the fruits and pecans are well coated.
  3. Serve right away or cover and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
