Join us in celebrating international foods in honor of the 2024 Olympic Games. This week we are hosting an Italian Cheese Fest, with Pecorino as the star of the show. Pecorino is a hard cheese that’s considered a Calabrian delight. Made exclusively with sheep’s milk, Pecorino is aged for a minimum of 6 months inside a humidity-controlled environment. During the aging process the cheese is rubbed with olive oil, imparting the cheese’s signature taste and texture.
