What’s not to love about mushrooms? They’re low in calories, cholesterol free, a good source of plant-based protein, rich with potassium, iron, copper, B-vitamins, and vitamins C & D. On top of being highly nutritious, mushrooms incredibly versatile. Enjoy them baked, sautéed, roasted, grilled, pan seared and even slow cooked.
