Every week in April we will be featuring a new, yummy grilled cheese from our comfort food recipe collection. This weeks recipe features Point Reyes Original Blue and Toma Cheese. Original Blue is a rindless classic style blue cheese that has an ultra-creamy texture, a pronounced blue flavor softened by a sweet fresh milk taste and peppery finish. Point Reyes Toma is aged for 90 days in wax, giving the cheese its creamy semi-hard texture, rich, buttery flavor and mildly herbaceous finish.
