Spiced Rib Eye Steaks

Serves 6 | 
A simple steak recipe that really satisfies.

Ingredients:

3 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 tablespoon dried thyme
4 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
2 teaspoons groundred pepper
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
6 rib eye steaks

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine black pepper, thyme, garlic powder, salt, parsley, ground red pepper and lemon pepper.
  2. Brush steaks with olive oil and rub with the pepper mixture. Cover steaks and chill for 1 hour.
  3. Grill steaks over medium-high heat, covered, for 8 to 10 minutes per side or until steaks reach desired degree of doneness.
