Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich

Extra delicious and super simple to prepare.

Ingredients:

3 chicken breasts, halved
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon paprika
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/3 cup olive oil
6 slices bacon, cooked
6 slices cheese, your preference
6 slices tomato
Lettuce
6 hoagie rolls, halved

Directions:

  1. Tenderize chicken with a mallet. Place chicken in a large bowl. Season chicken with sea salt, black pepper, garlic, paprika, honey, lemon juice, chili powder and olive oil. Evenly coat chicken and allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to medium. Once hot, place chicken on grill and cook for about 7 minutes per side. Remove from grill and place on a tray.
  3. Place cooked chicken on bottom halves of the hoagie rolls. Top with bacon, cheese, tomato and lettuce. Put the top halves of the rolls on top to complete the sandwich and enjoy!
