Saucy BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Serves 6 |
The flavors of backyard grilling, indoors.
Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops |
Olive oil |
Steak seasoning, to taste |
1 bottle BBQ sauce, your preference |
6 hamburger buns |
Butter, for buttering buns |
Directions:
- Rub all sides of pork chops with olive oil and then liberally sprinkle steak seasoning evenly all over pork.
- Pour a small amount of olive oil into a skillet. Bring to medium heat. Once hot, place pork chops in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes and flip to cook for an additional 4 minutes. Both sides should be browned.
- Transfer pork chops to a plate and let cool. Pull apart pork chops with forks to shred. Place shredded pork in a clean skillet. Pour BBQ sauce over pork and toss to mix. Heat saucepan over medium heat and stir pork and BBQ sauce mixture until heated through.
- Butter hamburger buns and lightly toast. Spoon pulled meat on buns and enjoy!
