Perfectly cheesy and irresistibly delicious!

Ingredients:

1 large egg
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Black pepper, to taste
Sea salt, to taste
2 cups marinara sauce
1 package frozen cheese ravioli, 25 oz.
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine the egg, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Grease a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Spread 1/3 of the marinara sauce across the bottom. Layer half of the frozen ravioli on top of the sauce. Then sprinkle half of the ricotta mixture on top of the ravioli. Followed by one cup of mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layering process of marinara, frozen ravioli, and mozzarella. Spread the remaining marinara sauce on top of the mozzarella, followed by the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil. Place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
