USDA Choice New York Strip Steak: Perfect for Game Day!

The New York Strip Steak is one of the most tender cuts available. Known Internationally as the “Club Steak”, it marinades well, and is one of the best cuts for the grill.

I LOVE Sal! He is the best! Always has a great recipe! Such a kind guy! Your produce is fabulous tooI found out you get it from Sigonia…Like it…local and fresh! Don’t like that sometimes the bread is frozen? Dave’s Killer… I want it fresh like in the beginning. Frozen is a bummer!
