Rice Krispie Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients:
| 1 stick butter |
| 1 cup brown sugar |
| 1 cup dry roasted peanuts |
| 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal |
| 1/2 gallon French vanilla ice cream |
| Hot fudge topping, for serving |
Directions:
- Line a large pan with foil. Set aside. Melt butter in a large microwaveable bowl. Stir in brown sugar, peanuts, and Rice Krispies until evenly combined. Spread half of mixture over bottom of prepared pan.
- Spoon ice cream over cereal mixture, and smooth with a spatula. Top ice cream with remaining cereal mixture. Place in the freezer and chill until solid.
- Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving and cut into 10 pieces and serve with warm hot fudge topping.
