Turkey Salad Sandwiches

Serves 4 | 

A truly delectable dish that's always satisfying.


1/4 cup celery, (finely chopped)
3 tablespoons mayonnaise, (fat-free)
2 tablespoons yogurt, (fat-free, plain)
2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon raisins
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, (ground)
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, (ground)
1 1/4 cups cooked turkey breast, (cubed)
1 small apple, (rinsed, dried, peeled, cored and chopped)
8 slices bread, (toasted)


  1. Combine the first seven ingredients in a large bowl, then add chopped cooked turkey and apple; toss to coat.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Spoon 3/4 cup of turkey mixture onto four slices of bread; top with remaining bread slices and serve.
